The Quality Management Unit (UPK) organized this workshop on February 26, 2025, at the Bestari Jaya Campus and on February 28, 2025, at the Shah Alam Campus.
The primary aim of this workshop was to improve document management practices among Document Controllers at Universiti Selangor (Unisel). The key objectives included:
- Explaining the requirements and benefits of systematic document management.
- Providing guidelines for implementing document management systems within Unisel’s departments (PTJ).
III. Improving efficiency and effectiveness in managing and supervising PTJ’s documents.
A total of 26 participants from the Shah Alam Campus and 19 from the Bestari Jaya Campus attended the workshop, representing various departments at Unisel.
