Quality Management Unit (UPK)
The Quality Management Unit (UPK) at the university is responsible for ensuring quality management at UNISEL aligns with the requirements of the international standard, ISO 21001:2018. This standard, which serves as a specific management system for educational organizations (Educational Organization Management System – EOMS), aims to enhance the effectiveness of educational processes, meet the needs of students, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to all stakeholders.
